Método 1:

Pegar este codigo en PowerShell, después ejecutarlo.

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Método 2:

Asegurate que tengas "Ver archivos ocultos" activado en tu pc. luego ve a Este equipo > Disco Local C > Usuarios > Tu usuario > AppData > Local y cambia el nombre de la carpeta "TileDataLayer".
